Securely pack the items in their original Collective Bikes box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
