How long does shipping take for a new bike?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 days depending on your location.
Does my bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We provide a basic tool kit and a link to our assembly guide with every purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Do Collective Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames and forks are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.
How do I choose the right bike size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on rider height. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for more stability or sizing down for a more technical, responsive ride.
